Taylor Swift's Favorite French Blonde (Mocktail Version)

Sometimes all you need is a beautiful coupe glass, a little grapefruit, some floral elderflower magic, and a mocktail that feels every bit as special as the moment you're celebrating.This Non-Alcoholic French Blonde is proof that alcohol-free cocktails can be just as chic, flavorful, and occasion-worthy as their boozy counterparts.
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- 2 oz non-alcoholic bianco vermouth we used Just Enough Alcohol-Removed Brut Bubbles
- 1 oz nonalcoholic gin
- ½ oz elderflower syrup or cordial
- 5 dashes Meyer lemon verbena bitters
- ice
- lemon rind or grapefruit twist, for garnish (optional)
How to Make It
Fill a cocktail shaker with light ice
Add the grapefruit juice, non-alcoholic bianco vermouth, non-alcoholic gin, elderflower cordial, and bitters
Shake vigorously
Strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with a grapefruit rind or lemon twist
