Tangerine Tajín Spritz Mocktail
The Tangerine Tajín Spritz is one of those where every sip becomes a little juicier, a little brighter, and somehow even more refreshing than the last. It’s playful without feeling over-the-top and has just enough chili-lime seasoning on the rim to balance all that sweet citrus.
- Tajín, for the rim
- 1 oz fresh orange juice store-bought works great, too!
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 3-4 oz chilled non-alcoholic sparkling brut
- 1 tangerine fruit bar or popsicle
- ice
Run a lime wedge around half the rim of a large wine glass and dip it into Tajín.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the orange juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake until chilled.
Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice and strain the citrus mixture over the top.
Add the tangerine fruit bar, then slowly pour in the chilled non-alcoholic sparkling brut.
Enjoy as the popsicle slowly melts into the drink, making each sip a little brighter than the last.
- Want to add a garnish? Try fresh orange slices or lime wheels.
- Hosting friends? Make a pitcher of the citrus base ahead of time and add the sparkling wine and fruit bars just before serving.
- Like more heat? Sprinkle a little Tajín directly into the drink.
