Fresca Mocktail Recipes #1: Frescaloma
Just as tequila + lemonade is my “lazy girl margarita,” tequila + fresca is my lazy girl paloma. (Both alcohol-free, of course).
This recipe is simple. You don’t even need a jigger, if you feel like measuring with your heart. And you don’t need a cocktail shaker either.
ingredients //
2 oz Free Spirits – The Spirit of Tequila (na)
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice (optional)
4-6 oz Fresca
Add all ingredients into a rocks glass with ice + garnish with a lime.
If you’re feeling fancy, rim the glass with salt or sugar. Simply take a lime and press it along the rim of the glass to make it sticky first and then swirl the glass over a plate with salt or sugar.
Fresca Mocktail Recipes #2: Pineapple Jalapeño Fresca Mocktail
🍍 2 oz Pineapple Juice ( I used @dolesunshine )
🌶️ 2-3 Jalapeño Slices (muddled)
🍋🟩 Fresh Lime Juice (1/2 oz / 1/2 lime)
🍃 Fresca ( approx 4+ oz @frescausa grapefruit soda) (sub sprite or lemon/lime soda or club soda/seltzer if you don’t have Fresca)
method //
Muddle 2-3 jalapeño slices in a rocks glass with pineapple juice + fresh squeezed lime juice. Add ice to your glass and finish with 4-6 oz of Fresca!
It’s sweet + spicy and very refreshing!
If you like pineapple and LOVE Fresca (👋) you’ll really enjoy this one! You don’t even need a cocktail shaker if you’re making a drink for one!
Fresca Mocktail Recipes #3: Fall Fresca Mocktail
Fresca ( 1/2 a full size can of a full mini @frescausa grapefruit soda – I got the minis at @target)
1/2 oz Pomegranate Cherry Syrup (I used @portlandsyrups )
1 oz Pomegranate Juice ( I used @pomwonderful )
Frozen Cranberries (garnish)
Grab your favorite glass and fill it 2/3 up with crushed or nugget. Add your syrup, your juice and a handful of frozen cranberries to top it off.
This mocktail is super simple to make and there are so many ways you can change it up for the season.
🍂 Sub pomegranate juice for tart cherry juice or cranberry juice.
🍂 Sub Pomegranate Cherry syrup with Spiced Cranberry.
🍂 Go wild and add a sprig of rosemary or a cinnamon stick.
