  • ½ oz elderflower syrup or cordial
  • 5 dashes Meyer lemon verbena bitters
  • ice
  • lemon rind or grapefruit twist, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

How to Make It

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with light ice
  • Add the grapefruit juice, non-alcoholic bianco vermouth, non-alcoholic gin, elderflower cordial, and bitters
  • Shake vigorously
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  • Garnish with a grapefruit rind or lemon twist
